Build Day with Community Bible Church of Pevely
On September 7, Find Your Rest Ministries hosted a build day with its home church of Community Bible Church (CBC) of Pevely. We are so grateful for the dozens of volunteers who spent the afternoon building bunk beds and writing encouraging messages in the Bibles the ministry delivers along with the beds. This group was able to build ten bunk beds in total—praise God! Thank you CBC of Pevely for all of your hard work!

Honduras 2025
This summer, Find Your Rest Ministries had the opportunity to travel to Honduras to serve alongside our dear missionary friends, Kyle and Shannon Kilchrist. Kyle and Shannon moved to Honduras several years ago to serve as full-time missionaries with SEPE International, a seminary that teaches, trains, and equips men in Latin America to become pastors who spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. While in Honduras, we were able to meet some of these men and see the impact SEPE International is having on so many lives. Dominican Republic 2024
In July of 2024, a team of Find Your Rest volunteers traveled to the Dominican Republic to spread God’s word and provide for families in need. The main projects completed during the mission trip included constructing a new home, repairing existing homes, and providing families with other physical provisions like food and bunk beds. We thank God for the opportunity to provide these sweet families with physical needs and also the spiritual need of Jesus Christ. Praise Him! Find Your Rest Ministries’ 2025 5K
On May 3, 2025, Find Your Rest Ministries had the opportunity to host its second annual 5K fundraising event. Dozens of walkers and runners participated in the race around Jefferson Barracks Park. Thank you to all the participants who came out to run for a cause! We also want to thank our sponsors for making this event possible. Build Day with Shiloh Baptist Church
In October, Find Your Rest Ministries hosted a build day with a mission group from Shiloh Baptist Church in Ocoee, Tennessee. We are beyond thankful to the volunteers who worked hard to construct three bunk beds. Delivery Day for Della
God recently opened the door for Find Your Rest Ministries to connect with a woman named Della. Della is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, but now lives in the city of St. Louis with her six children who range from five to 16 years old. Della is in great need and has her hands very full. We loved meeting Della and her family, and we are blessed to have had the opportunity to deliver them bunk beds! Bunk Beds for Suzanne
Find Your Rest Ministries recently delivered bunk beds to a woman named Suzanne in Catawissa, MO. Suzanne is the care provider of her grandchildren while their mother is currently unavailable. Though Suzanne was not prepared for this transition, she graciously stepped in to provide for her grandchildren. It was such a blessing to deliver beds to this family and give them the gift of the Gospel! Bunk Bed Delivery for the Clipper Family
Over the summer, Find Your Rest Ministries had the opportunity to deliver bunk beds to another family in need. Nicole Clipper is one tough lady. Even though life has brought a lot of difficult circumstances her way, God continues to give her strength and perseverance. As a mom of six, Nicole works hard cleaning houses to support and take care of her family. It was such a blessing to provide bunk beds to her and her children. We also want to say thank you to Becky and Tony Virgin from Community Bible Church of Pevely for partnering with Find Your Rest Ministries for this delivery day.

Build Day with the Seckman High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team
We were so excited to host a build day with the Seckman High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team on June 3rd. Head coach, Coach Carroll, encourages his players on and off the court. He shared with us that he wants the boys to know there is much more to life than just basketball, and a big priority for him is encouraging them to give back to the community. Build Day with CBC of Pevely
On June 1st, we hosted a build day with Community Bible Church of Pevely. We were able to build eight bunk beds thanks to the hard work of the volunteers. This is a record amount of beds for us in a single day! Dozens of church members worked in stations to cut and stain the wood, assemble the bunk beds, and annotate the Bibles we deliver to the families. This was an awesome day filled with service and fellowship. Thank you to everyone who came out to help!
